Removes one or more tickers by id, with an extra `stopTicker` option beyond what
[tickers](/pixi-vn/index/variables/tickers).remove exposes - kept as its own named export for `CanvasManager`'s deprecated
`removeTicker(tickerId, options)` flat method, which historically supported it.
